Refund policy

We understand that plans can change — and we want to keep things simple and fair.

 

• Full Refund:
  Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the tour are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

• Date Changes:
  You can reschedule your tour free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the start time, or at any time in case of bad weather on the day of the tour.

• No Refund:
  Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

• Weather Conditions:
  Your safety and enjoyment come first. In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we may need to cancel or reschedule the tour. If cancellation is necessary and you’re unable to join on another date, you’ll receive a full refund.
